Just a note for my fellow Canadians – unfortunately, Indigo requires me to provide a 55% bookstore discount to list my book in their online category, which would require me to price this book WAY higher, so I won’t be listing there. There’s also an issue going on with my Amazon.ca listing right now where the main price displayed is the higher price from Book Depository – make sure to check the other “new offers” to get the lowest price. As far as I can tell it still isn’t available the 22.99 I asked for it to be listed at, sadly, I have no control over what retailers set the price at. This hardcover stuff is complicated, I appreciate your patience. 🙂
