So, considering I’m crazy late with the paperback anyway (my apologies, for the hundredth time, I just feel awful but I know that publishing is a learning process and I have to give myself a bit of grace), I’ve decided that I’m going all in and doing a beautiful hardcover of Magnify (Storm & Spire Book 1) as well. I’d really liked to see it looking extra beautiful on my shelf. 🙂
This is going to add a bit of a new learning curve, especially since I’m going with a different print company than for my paperback, but my cover designer is already working on it and finishing up the paperback cover. I am so beyond ready to hold my book in my hands!
In other news, I’m still working on plotting book 2 and I keep being totally surprised by my own plot twists / deep dark secrets / various intrigue. I’m having such a fun time. I’m eager to dive into drafting, but I know my process, and if I put the time in now in the plotting stage I know it’s going to pay off later.
I am going to be procuring my covers for book 2 nice and early, as well, so hopefully all of the formats will actually make it out at the same time this time around.
